Ingredients for Making Fried Zucchini with Potatoes
- Zucchini (zucchini) 1/2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) 3-4 pieces (medium size)
- Onion 1 piece
- 2 garlic cloves
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Herbs (sage, thyme, marjoram, parsley) to taste
- Main ingredients: Potato, Onion, Zucchini
- Portion 1-2
Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, spatula.
Step 1: chop the potatoes.
Peel and cut the boiled potatoes into large cubes. Please note that although the potato is ready, it does not fall apart and does not turn into mashed potatoes from a single touch. This is exactly what suits us.
Step 2: chop the zucchini and onion.
Dice the zucchini in exactly the same cubes. Cut the onion with feathers or half rings.
Step 3: prepare the herbs.
Rinse, dry, and tear herbs. While putting the greens, we need it at the very end of cooking.
Step 4: fry the zucchini with potatoes.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil well (the smaller the better) and send the zucchini with potatoes into it. Squeeze the garlic here, sprinkle the onion, add salt and pepper. Cook everything until golden brown, gently mixing so as not to crush pieces of vegetables.
At the very end of cooking, add aromatic herbs and almost immediately remove everything from the heat.
Step 5: serve the fried zucchini with potatoes.
Fried zucchini with potatoes is most deliciously hot. For me, this is a very quick and simple lunch dish, in the case when it is more difficult to cook something, there is simply no time. Magic wand. It’s also very tasty.
