Ingredients

On the curd dough:

  1. Cottage cheese 500 gr.
  2. Chicken eggs 4 pcs.
  3. Sour cream 250 gr.
  4. Flour 110 gr.
  5. Sugar 6 tbsp
  6. Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
  7. Soda 0.5 tsp
  8. Butter 1 tbsp

Fruit supplement:

  1. Pear 1 pc.
  2. Sweet cherry 300 gr.
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp

On chocolate sprinkles:

  1. Flour 1 tbsp
  2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  3. Cocoa 1 tbsp
  4. Butter 1 tbsp

Break 4 chicken eggs in a convenient large container, add 6 tbsp. sugar and beat well with a mixer. Add to the egg-sugar mass 250 gr. sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and mix. Spread in a total capacity of 500 g. cottage cheese, add 110 gr. sifted flour, 0.5 tsp baking soda and mix with a mixer until smooth. For the preparation of chocolate chips, spread in a deep plate 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp butter and rub well. Lubricate the inside of the butter with butter and spread in it evenly distributing the fruit from the pan. Gently fill our fruits with a very gentle and soft curd dough and align it with a spoon. On top of the curd dough, make a sprinkle of chocolate chips and put the mold in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Before serving, cooked casserole, it is advisable to cool well.
