Ingredients for making gelatin-free strawberry mousse
- Strawberry 500 grams
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Sugar 7 tablespoons
- Main Ingredients Eggs, Strawberries, Sugar
- Serving 3 servings
Inventory:
Blender, mixer, spatula, bowl, strainer, serving glasses.
Cooking:
Step 1: beat the whites.

Beat egg whites thoroughly so that they turn into a thick foam (if you turn it upside down, nothing will flow out).
Add sugar to the protein foam and mix well to get a thick, glossy mass, like on a meringue.
Step 2: wash my strawberries.

Rinse the strawberries by throwing them in a strainer and rinsing well, then pick the green tails from the berries.
Step 3: chop the strawberries.

Grind the strawberries in a blender, turning it into a smooth berry puree.
Step 4: mix the proteins with strawberries.

Add the strawberry puree to the protein mass gradually, stirring well with a spatula after each new serving.
To make the foam dense, use a spatula, not a mixer.

Ready strawberry mousse can be cooled or served immediately after cooking.
Step 5: serve strawberry mousse without gelatin.

Fill the tall glasses with mousse and garnish each serving with fresh strawberries. Such a dessert will decorate any table. This is a delicate delicacy against which it is impossible to resist. Very tasty and airy!
Enjoy your meal!
Recipe Tips:
- If you cool the strawberry mousse, it will become even thicker.
