Ingredients for making a kefir and berry cocktail
- Blackberry 170 grams
- Pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
- Blueberries 1 cup
- Strawberries (frozen) 8-10 pieces
- Bananas (can be frozen in slices) 2 pieces (small size)
- Kefir 1 cup
- Ice 1 glass

Step 1: wash my blackberry.
Use a submersible or stationary blender to make this smoothie.
Rinse the blackberries and dry them, then pour them into the blender bowl.
Step 2: add pomegranate juice.
Pour pomegranate juice into the blackberry.
Step 3: chop the blackberry.
Close the blender lid and beat well.
Let the blackberry turn into mashed berry.
Step 4: add the other berries.
Rinse the blueberries, dry them and pour them into a blender to the blackberry.
Then add the frozen strawberries.
And put here the sliced bananas. I have them frozen.
Step 5: add kefir.
Now it remains only to pour kefir and thoroughly beat everything.
Beat at maximum speed until the cocktail becomes uniform in consistency.
If you wish, you can add ice at the end and beat the cocktail again.
Step 6: serve a cocktail of kefir and berries.
