Ingredients

  1. Pork tenderloin 3 pcs.
  2. Butter (salted) 100 g
  3. Rosemary 2 sprigs
  4. Thyme 3 sprigs
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Main Ingredients
  • Serving 3 servings

Inventory:

baking dish, knife, toothpicks, fork, brush, foil

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Cut each piece of tenderloin lengthwise into three stripes without cutting to the end from one side.

Cut the thyme and rosemary with a knife, mix with salt and pepper, mix with room temperature oil, kneading well.
With the resulting mixture, smear the meat strips and braid each tenderloin separately. Fasten the ends with toothpicks.

Step 2: bake a pigtail pigtail with butter.

Fold the pigtails into the baking dish and cover with foil.
Put in preheated until 200 degrees oven on 35 minutes. Then remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake more 30 minutes, periodically pouring meat with molten oil from the bottom of the mold.

Step 3: serve the pigtail of pork with butter.

Serve the pork with hot butter immediately after cooking. Remove the toothpicks and serve on a platter of baked potatoes.
Enjoy your meal!
